What do you get when you cross Casablanca, Pamela Anderson and Latex?

That's right it's 1996's Barb Wire

 OK, it's not a great film and is surprisingly boring. In a lot of places, it feels like it's taking itself seriously when it should be leaning into camp cheesy fun. It feels like someone didn't get the notes on what kind of film this was.

But anyway the opening scene is memorable.

   

Four Rooms 1995

Ok, so I am not a big Madonna fan but I do remember her in an amazing latex dress in Four Rooms from 1995. It's a comedy, ish, it didn't really work form me but Madonna does wear the dress in all the scenes she is in,so that's a plus.

So the blog has had over 1,000 visitors and my youtube page is getting hundreds of views a day at the moment. I started this blog 9 weeks ago as a place to showcase my books and things I'm interested in, and partly out of boredom. I had no idea so many people would be joining me. Thank you all.
